Helpguide.org Collaboration with Harvard
Helpguide has begun a collaboration with Harvard Health Publications, the consumer health publishing division of Harvard Medical School. Harvard Health Publications draws on the expertise of the 10,000 faculty physicians at Harvard Medical School to publish empowering, trustworthy information about health and wellness.
Helpguide's writers now have access the extensive library of Harvard Health Publications. In addition, Harvard staff is adapting selected sections of their publications to Helpguide's format so we can add these bonus articles as free educational supplements. See below for the list of bonus articles that have been completed. And more are in process.
Our agreement upholds Helpguide's purpose and values and takes place without an exchange of funds. We are confident that this collaboration adds to the authority and credibility of our website and we expect you, our viewers, to benefit.

A Note from the Editor, Harvard Mental Health Letter
We are delighted to be collaborating with Dr. Segal and the Helpguide team. Helpguide already provides readers with some of the best and most detailed information available on the internet, tools to help you manage and sustain a sense of well-being. We have been impressed with the depth of Helpguide’s practical advice, backed by scientific evidence.
In the supplements created by Harvard Health Publications, we hope you will find the kind of easy to use, authoritative information about mental health and wellness that you’ve come to expect. We also trust that timely information taken from the pages of the Harvard Mental Health Letter will give you insight into the science of mental functioning — insights we hope will support your efforts to live a satisfying, meaningful life.
