My work and home life have been suffering significantly in recent years, to the point that I was on the verge of being fired, and divorced, and having serious thoughts of suicide... In a recent meeting with my manager, and our division vice president, I provided them with information from your site, and an explanation of what is going on. This site is helping my wife and myself better deal with this condition, and I have a much better outlook on life.

I read the information on grieving almost every day. It is helping me with my brother's passing last May. It is so hard to lose a loved one and this tragedy makes me sad everyday. But I turn to this website and it helps me cope. His name was Paul and he was only 32. He did not survive a medication overdose. Thank you for helping me.

I’ve read a lot about OCD on the web but your site has provided us with great insight on how to help our little girl. Based on what I’ve read so far, I now know we were going about helping her the wrong way in most instances. Thank you for bringing this to our attention before it was too late.

I did not know how much sleep I needed every night or what the effects of not getting enough sleep were until I read this well written and easy to comprehend arcticle.
