Annette Snyder, MS, RD, CSOWM, is a registered dietitian with more than 20 years of experience in clinical nutrition, diabetes care, and weight management. She works with individuals to address gastrointestinal concerns, cardiovascular health, diabetes and prediabetes, menopause, and the long-term impacts of chronic dieting.
Annette’s background includes inpatient and outpatient clinical nutrition, including work at Mayo Clinic, where she provides medical nutrition therapy and collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes. She is also a board-certified specialist in obesity and weight management, with experience in bariatric nutrition and diabetes education program development.
Her approach emphasizes evidence-based, sustainable nutrition strategies, incorporating non-diet and intuitive eating principles when appropriate. She also has experience developing patient education materials and writing on nutrition and health topics.
