Chris Saranchock
Director of Operations & Multimedia
Chris Saranchock is the Director of Operations and Multimedia at HelpGuide.org, where he oversees the organization’s operational systems and leads the development of its website, social, and digital initiatives. He also leads the creation and production of HelpGuide’s multimedia content, including videos, webinars, and audio meditations, with a focus on translating evidence-based mental health guidance into engaging digital formats.
He has been a practicing Buddhist for over 20 years, and studied mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, as well as a certificate in cinema production.
