Karin Evans, PhD, RD, CIEC, is a registered dietitian and health educator with experience in clinical nutrition, nutrition counseling, and higher education. She works with individuals to address disordered eating, body image concerns, and overall wellness, with a focus on developing sustainable, balanced relationships with food.
Karin is also an assistant professor of nutrition at Winthrop University, where she teaches undergraduate courses in nutrition, health, and wellness. Her background includes clinical roles in hospital settings as well as private practice and virtual nutrition counseling.
She holds a doctorate in health education and promotion from Walden University, a master’s degree in nutrition education from Immaculata University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Villanova University.
