Dr. Alice E. Schluger is health psychologist with an extensive background in clinical research, health education, and behavior change.
Her work focuses on how psychological, behavioral, and social factors influence health and well-being, and how evidence-based behavior change and health coaching techniques can help people build sustainable habits that support their mental and physical health.
Dr. Schluger holds a Master of Arts Degree in Community Health Education and a Ph.D. in Health Psychology. She is also a Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) through the National Wellness Institute and a Certified Wellness Coach (CWC) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Dr. Schluger has particular expertise in the health and wellness challenges faced by dancers, and her coaching practice focuses on helping dancers pursue their goals while maintaining their health and well-being throughout their training and careers.
