Christina Peoples, MS

Christina Peoples, M.S., is a gerontologist, educator, and advocate for age inclusion with more than 13 years of experience working in the field of aging. She currently serves as a Health Promotion Coordinator with the Piedmont Triad Regional Council and previously worked as a Long-Term Care Ombudsman, where she advocated for the rights and well-being of residents in nursing homes, assisted living communities, and family care homes.

Christina’s work focuses on promoting age-inclusive communities and helping people better understand the experience of aging. Through workshops, educational resources, and community outreach, she shares practical strategies for addressing ageism and supporting the health and dignity of older adults. She is also the founder of Gero-What?!, an educational initiative that provides videos and resources about aging and age inclusion.
