Tami Best, MS, RDN, CDN, IFNCP, is a registered dietitian and certified practitioner in integrative and functional nutrition with more than 15 years of experience in nutrition counseling. She works with individuals to address gastrointestinal conditions, support mental health, and improve overall well-being through nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
Tami has experience across clinical, community, and workplace wellness settings, including roles in healthcare systems and worksite wellness programs. She is also an adjunct instructor at Rochester Institute of Technology, where she teaches courses on health coaching and workplace wellness.
She holds a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from East Carolina University.
