As the Head of Strategy & Transformation at Barclays Consumer Bank, Vaibhav leads enterprise-wide initiatives spanning strategy, governance, and operating model design. His work has driven significant efficiencies, organizational redesigns, and digital transformation efforts that strengthen performance and enhance customer experience. Previously, he spent 14 years at American Express in senior strategy and business development roles, where he helped accelerate growth, launch new solutions, and optimize global operations. He has received multiple leadership and performance awards and is passionate about building strong teams and collaborative partnerships.
Outside of work, Vaibhav enjoys an active, family-centered life. He stays busy raising his two sons, who are involved in competitive swimming, speed cubing, and basketball. He also loves traveling and exploring new cultures, having visited over 30 U.S. states, five Canadian provinces, and more than 20 countries.
