Joshua Roland, MD, FAASM

Joshua Roland, MD, FAASM, is a board-certified sleep medicine physician, sleep expert, and advocate for sleep health. He is currently the Medical Director of Sleep for Sanusom and Thirty Madison. He served as an assistant professor at UCLA, on the California Sleep Society Board of Directors, and has contributed his expertise to consulting and sleep advisory roles for several organizations and advisory boards. He has given community, academic, and industry talks and presentations on sleep-related topics. He has several publications in peer-reviewed literature, has contributed to sleep medicine textbooks, and has been cited by multiple sleep-related articles and media outlets. He is passionate about sleep’s role in physical and mental well-being, as well as the role of innovative care models and technology in improving sleep health.
